Panorama Holidays is one of Ireland's leading sun and ski tour operators and provider of low fares seat-only to 22 destinations direct from Ireland.

Panorama Holidays first sold holidays on the Irish market in 1991.

With a handful of staff based in a small office in Dublin's Capel Street the company sold 3,500 holidays to a new destination from Ireland that year - Tunisia. The philosophy that guided the company then still does so today - great holidays at great value for money prices.

Over the course of the 1990s Panorama Holidays became one of Ireland's largest tour operators and one of its best-known holiday brands. The company expanded its destinations and programmes throughout the 1990s, launching dedicated Ski & Snowboard holidays direct from Ireland. The company's growth meant a move to more spacious offices in Park West just off the M50 in Dublin.

The success of Panorama Holidays did not go unnoticed and in 1998 MyTravel PLC, one of the world's largest leisure companies, purchased the company.

Over the past number of years Panorama Holidays has continued to grow. The company is now the largest ski & snowboard holiday operator in the Irish market with a market share of 35%. Combined with its winter sun operations Panorama Holidays is the biggest holiday operator in the winter months from Ireland. The company's summer holiday programme is constantly developing with new destinations being added. The company serves 18 summer destinations at present. Over the past number of years the company has launched a number of routes direct from Ireland to new destinations - the Greek island of Zakynthos and Florida. These new destinations have been added to a programme that already included the Algarve, Madeira, mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, North Africa and in the Eastern Mediterranean - Crete, Cyprus and Turkey.

The economic boom of the late 1990s saw a massive increase in home ownership and property investment by Irish people overseas. Panorama Holidays served this market through its seat-only operations on all its flights. In 2002, the company branded its seat-only business as the aptly named, Just Flights. Just Flights is built upon the same basic philosophy that the company started with over a decade ago in Ireland - great holidays at great value for money prices.

Just Flights is geared towards the different needs of holidaymakers over those flying on business or spending a weekend with friends or relatives - a better free baggage allowance, in-flight catering included, more flexible booking conditions, an in-resort service and of course, low fares.

In 2002, the MyTravel Group integrated its Airtours Holidays business in Ireland with Panorama Holidays. The Panorama Holidays management team was charged with the development and continued growth of the Airtours Holidays business. Both brands remain separate within the Irish market.

Today, the company is based in state-of-the-art offices in Dublin's Park West Business Park, employs 55 team members and carries in excess of 200,000 holidaymakers annually.

Our resort teams are carefully selected, they are available at regular times throughout your holiday for help and advice, and are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for any emergencies. Often our resort teams actually live in the countries we feature and so have an abundance of local knowledge to share with you. At the Welcome Meeting and through regular visits they can share with you local information, places to visit, activities and entertainment, all of which will add to your holiday enjoyment.

All of our hotels and apartments are regularly inspected to ensure that they maintain the highest of standards so that you, the customer, will feel completely safe when enjoying a Panorama holiday. Our dedicated Health & Safety department work closely with hoteliers, apartment owners, representative tour operator bodies and accredited safety consultants to keep you in safe hands for the duration of your stay.
